Josco's quality policy is consistent with other policies within the company in that it is based around Customer Satisfaction.

Simply put, we are a service company and we succeed by fulfilling and exceeding the needs of our customers.  Therefore, all departments of the company:
- Management
- Internal Sales
- External Sales
- Production
- Manufacturing
are focused to provide exceptional customer service, quickly, efficiently, and professionally.

During the development of the quality policy, management has considered the following:
- establishing and communicating the commitment to quality for all levels of the company and obtaining evidence that is has been understood.
- the goals and the requirements of the company by regularly reviewing them together with evaluation of risks and opportunities, analysis and identification of market opportunities and assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of resources used and
- the capabilities (e.g. financially and technologically) to address new requirements as they emerge.
