Josco celebrates 25 years in business (11 July 2003) Josco was incorporated in 1978 as a Western Australian company. It started in Western Australia, in a small garage, specialising in all areas of industrial brushware. This industrial brush area included power wire brushes for use on bench and pedestal grinders, right angle or barrel, air and electric grinders, die grinders etc. As well, the directors of Josco had the design skills and product knowledge to design and develop specialised industrial brushware for use in and on.... vehicle wash plants, conveyor belt cleaning, mining operations, foundries, oil and gas industries, food industry, cement plants, road sweeping industries, vehicle manufacturing etc. In those early few years, the company operated only in Western Australia, but such was the demand for specialised brush knowledge throughout Australia that Josco opened up a warehouse and office in Victoria, and a brush manufacturing plant in South Australia, to supply the needs of every state. Josco have achieved such strong growth since 1978, that they are now the most diversified, and largest supplier of industrial brushes, in Australia. The Josco team has now
grown considerably, and incorporates the most experienced, sales
engineering and problem solving team, of any brush company in Australia. |
