Excellent for stock removal, the 100mm Zirconia Flap Disc is a versatile angle grinder accessory for all general purpose grinding and sanding applications. It is also ideal for weld removal, grinding and clean-up of steel, stainless steel and aluminium, plus paint and varnish removal.
Zirconia grit is ideal for fast grinding and long life. The flap discs also feature a glass fibre back which means there is no need to use a backing pad – you can mount the disc directly onto your angle grinder. The product works best with light pressure, letting the speed of the machine do the work rather than the operator, as the laminated flaps stay sharp until the disc is completely worn out.
It was Josco that introduced the flap disc to Australia in the 1980’s, and since then, the range has expanded to suit varying applications.
