Josco Highly Concentrated Parts Washer 20L

The Josco Highly Concentrated Parts Washer 20L rapidly dissolves grease deposits and oily substances in heavy loads. Free from petroleum, solvents, aromatic compounds, phenols, chlorinated solvents and biologically hard ingredients. The Josco Highly Concentrated Parts Washer 20L is safe to use on rubber, plastics, glass, fully cured paintwork and most metals. It inhibits ferrous metal corrosion, exhibits excellent detergency and does not form stable emulsions making it suitable for oil and solvent recovery equipment. Josco Highly Concentrated Parts Washer 20L makes 80 litres and is an economical grease and grime remover.

Directions for use:

1. Always wear PPE and safety glasses.
2. Add Josco Highly Concentrated Parts Washer 5L into a bowl of Parts Washer – avoid overfilling.
3. Add machinery to be cleaned straight into liquid to soften grease and grime.

Hints & Tips:

• Best results are obtained using a course bristle brush to remove heavy grime deposits
• Avoid long term exposure of liquid to softer alloys such as aluminium
• For Parts Washer that draws cleaning fluid directly from the container, simply insert suction hose into drum and turn on pump

CAUTION: Never leave Josco Highly Concentrated Parts Washer 20L in bowl for long periods of time. This especially applies to ‘painted’ bowls as the cleaner will soften the paint and eventually remove it. Long term exposure to the pump may also damage seals. Always rinse Parts Washer after use.
