20 Piece Sanding Drum Kit

The Brumby Sanding Drum Kit consists of 20 parts that are ideal tools for sanding and polishing plastic, wood, steel, non-ferrous metals and leather items. It is ideal for getting into corners, curves and other irregular shapes. Fits drill presses and hand drills.

 

The kit includes 8 x 80 grit pieces and 8 x 120 grit pieces.

120 Fine – Light surface finishing or cleaning

80 Medium – Moderate surface finishing or levelling

 

Drum sizes are as follows:

 

1/2″ x 1-3/4″ long x 1/8″ shank drum
3/4″ x 2-1/4″ long x 1/4″ shank drum
1″ x 2-1/4″ long x 1/4″ shank drum
2″ x 2-7/8″ long x 1/4″ shank drum

 

Sanding Steps
Step 1: Start with a medium sandpaper to remove paint/varnish etc, and to level surface.
Step 2: Finish with a fine sandpaper to prepare surface or between coats to smooth surface.

 

WARNING: To prevent injury and/or property damage:

1. Unplug drill before installing. Install only on drill.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety glasses and NIOSH-approved dust mask/respirator under full face shield during use.
3. Read drill manual before use.
4. Inspect before every use. Do not use if torn, frayed or otherwise damaged.
