The Garryson Medium Abrasive Block is ideal for removing of bluing of welds, light scratches and corrosion. A medium grit works best for cutting and sanding back scratch marks and uneven surfaces.
The blocks are made of a special resilient rubber filled with hard abrasive grit. The grit is distributed throughout the block to offer a consistent finish throughout the life of the block in comparison to other abrasive cloths and papers.
Examples of application:
- Give a satin finish to stainless steel & aluminium
- Clean metal products prior to anodising or lacquering
- Clean and improve electrical contacts
- Clean ceramic or enamelled surfaces
- Clean and strip wire
- Matt finishing of painted and plastic surfaces
- Clean moulds, dies, tools and more
- Remove rust, scale and corrosion
